Made with our Superblend vanilla protein, packed with greens, adaptogens, and other essential nutrients, sweet, nutty matcha, and punchy ginger, this is one sophisticated and healthy flavour combo; perfect for those looking to start the day, the right way.

- 2 frozen bananas ⠀
- 1 tbsp Superblend Vanilla ⠀
- 3 tbsp water ⠀
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1/4tsp ginger powder ⠀
- Toppings: Puffed quinoa and lime zest
- Put everything into a blender apart from the toppings and blend.
- Pour into a bowl, and top with the quinoa and lime zest.
